TRAINING
-Certified and Insured Regina has been teaching students in New York and Los Angeles for numerous years. She has studied with Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rea, Pattabi Jois, Lauren Hanna, Maz Strom, Anna Forrest, among others. She specializes in strong Vinyasa Flow, but has experience teaching Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Restorative practice as well. She holds a BFA in Theatre with a minor in DANCE from The Boston Conservatory of Music, providing a strong background in anatomy and injury prevention.

CURRENT INSTRUCTION
-Regina is a bi-coastal instructor, holding private clients on both coasts. In New York she formerly taught for New York Sports Club, Crunch, Clay, Sonic Yoga, New York Athletic and Swim Club, Yoga Effects, and Practice Yoga. In Los Angeles you can find her at Yoga and Pilates by Jane in Beverly Hills, Liberation Yoga and Crunch.

PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONSWhether you are looking to create your own personal practice, recover from an existing injury, lose weight, or simply suffering distress, anyone can benefit from a person yoga or pilates lesson. All health and injury concerns are addressed, along with goals and personal obstacles. Lessons are suitable for any age( including children!) and skill level.
